Second beta of watchOS 3.2.3 released by Apple to developers

Apple has released to developers today, the second beta version of watchOS 3.2.3. If you're not a registered developer, you will have to wait for Apple to push out the final version of the build. Because it is impossible to downgrade software on the Apple Watch, Apple allows beta versions of watchOS to be made available to developers only. The last new release for consumers, watchOS 3.2.2, was released two weeks ago.
