Apple launch day came and went, but while consumers were probably buzzing around to check out and potentially buy the new iPhones, the Apple Watch Series 3 was also quietly released. While smartwatch sales have been tepid at best, Apple's option continues to stay at the top of the charts – even against other standard watches.
