Huawei could be closing in on updating the Huawei Mate 9 to Android 8.0 (Oreo). The phone appeared on benchmark test website Geekbench, powered by the latest build of Android. With the Huawei Mate 10 expected to be unveiled by the company on October 16th, the same software could be coming installed on Huawei's upcoming new flagship model. The Mate 9 was launched January 9th of this year with a 5.9-inch LCD display, carrying a 1080 x 1920 resolution.
