
The standard audio jack is going the way of the northern white rhino, and the latest case maker renders of a supposed Motorola Moto Z3 Play come to prove that trend. While the Z2 Play, released last year, still carries one, despite its ultra-slender sub-6mm frame, the bottom part of the wrapper you see here, has no cutout for the jack.
It only has what it looks like an opening to accommodate a USB-C port, and that's that. Granted, there is one visible at the top part of the case, but it's too small to be a 3.5mm audio port, and is rather there for a top microphone, probably, ...
